There really was not very much to write about me until I reached that certain age where you decide to either start living your life or dying your death. At 10am on May 29th, 2010 I decided to embark on the former and I then proceeded to lose half my body weight over the following two years. I lightened up physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually; in fact I positively bounced through days of joy, meeting new people wherever I went. Just as our ancestors sat around their campfires sharing stories, I enjoyed countless cappuccinos as I listened to so called ordinary folk telling their modern tales of bravery and love.
I joined Facebook and there I stumbled upon my Yank, Bob Fahey, a writer living in a cabin in a forest in North Carolina. When he diagnosed me as being a Theosophist my spiritual self found that firm footing I had been seeking for so long. He also gave me the confidence to write and share just some of those stories.
